The requirements for bakery supplies such as oven racks or baking trays are durability, high material quality and high dimensional stability even after many years of use – this is particularly important when used in semi- or fully-automatic systems and is a matter of course for us.

Bakery supplies in all variations

We offer a wide range of different bakery products and can therefore react flexibly to the wishes of our customers. The following trays and shapes in all common sizes represent only an excerpt from our bakery supplies:

The quality of the baking trays and baking pans we offer is based on over 35 years of experience of our supplier in the field of bakery supplies and accessories. He now supplies to 12 major baking tray suppliers – we, as an exclusive representative, offer our customers the products of the Kardesan company directly and under the original name.

We supply our baking pans and baking trays without coating or with special non-stick coating. We do not compromise on product quality, we use only pure original Teflon coatings combined with high quality alloys in aluminum, steel and stainless steel as non-stick coatings – so that you can enjoy our bakery supplies for many years.

Bakery accessories made in Europe

Our quality is based exclusively on European semi-finished products from ThyssenKrupp or Arcelor. Aluminized steel, stainless steel or aluminum with plastic coatings are used. The aluminum used is type EN AW 5005. This high-quality aluminum is highly corrosion-resistant, welds well and has very good forming properties with medium strength. It is ideally suited for coating. Only fluopolymers, such as PTFE better known under the brand name TEFLON from Dupont, are used as coating materials.

The coating process is carried out in three stages:
(1) Degreasing and sandblasting;
(2) Spraying of the PTFE;
(3) sintering(baking) of the workpiece at 220-420°C.

The coating of our bakery supplies is acid and heat resistant (up to approx. 350°C) and prevents the baked goods from sticking. Kardesan is officially licensed by DUPONT (Chemours) for TEFLON processing. The high quality of materials and processing allow up to 5000 cycles of daily use. So-called aluminum steel contains in the coating aluminum with about 5%-10% silicone admixture, which makes the steel very resistant to corrosion. It also improves thermal conductivity and radiation properties for heat radiation. This material can be used in environments with up to 550°C.

Stainless steel bakery supplies

Baking pans and baking trays can of course also be produced in stainless steel. Stainless steel type 1.4301 (AISI 304) is used. These steels have excellent corrosion resistance and high strength and are very suitable for use in welded constructions. Compared to aluminum, the specific weight of stainless steel results in better stability and higher weights of baking molds with poorer thermal conductivity. Ultimately, the application determines the material and the design of the bakery needs. In any case, we have the right tool of the highest quality for you in our offer.

Plant sheets

Due to the dimensional accuracy and the robust construction, the baking trays and baguette trays are suitable for automatic production. Many major customers in numerous countries already use these baking trays and moulds in 24/7 fully automatic operation. All trays are also available in customised versions. Dimensions, trough design and number, coating and perforation can be customised.

For shaped sheets we offer a rapid prototyping service.

This means that the customer sends us a drawing or the biscuit and we produce the corresponding negative mould as a single piece using the rapid prototyping process. This single mould is used by the customer to produce a number of pastry samples. After possible adaptation and approval by the customer, the deep-drawing tool is developed and the complete baking mould is produced. Depending on the complexity of the pastry, we can provide the sample mould as a single piece within 6-8 working days.
